摘要
能源与动力工程专业培养的目标之一是使学生掌握能源的相关原理和技术以提高能源利用效率。能动专业的专业课涉及节能,但对学生进行系统的节能并培养创新能力的过程依旧缺乏。在能动专业教改的背景下,提高能动学生的节能创新能力非常必要,但是以其为目标的研究很少。参考创新教育的三层深度,根据年级特点分阶段进行节能创新能力的培养,强化培养中的团队协作,强化教师科研引领和辅导员的价值观引领,以竞赛为手段提高大学生节能创新能力,从而培养社会需要的节能创新型人才。
One of the training goals of the energy and power engineering major is to help students to learn the principles and technologies of energy and to save energy by improving energy efficiency.Energy-saving and its innovation are also the key development direction and frontier direction of relevant enterprises and institutions.The professional courses of the energy and power engineering major involve energy-saving,but energy-saving involves a wide range,and the systematic training of energy-saving innovative ability for students is still not enough.Under the background of the teaching reform in the energy and power engineering major,it is very necessary to improve the energy-saving innovation ability of the students,but there is few research on this topic.Referring to the three levels of the innovation education,this paper puts forward that the cultivation of college students’energy-saving innovation ability should be carried out in stages according to the characteristics of grades,and the team cooperation,the guidance of teachers’scientific research and the counselors’values guidance should be strengthened.Finally we should take competitions as a means to improve the energy-saving innovation ability of college students,so as to train the energy-saving innovative talents needed by society.
