摘要
办公室是高校管理体制与运行机制的重要组成部分,其工作质量与服务水平的高低直接影响高校发展建设的高度与速度。以高校办公室文化建设为视角,在阐明办公室文化内涵的基础上,分析了新形势下高校办公室工作所面临的新机遇、新挑战,并结合清华大学实践,提出了厚植文化自信的路径建议,助力打造高校办公室高质量、内涵式发展的软实力。
Office work is an important part of the management system and operation mechanism of colleges and universities.Its work quality and service level directly affect the height and speed of the development and construction of colleges and universities.From the perspective of the office culture construction in colleges and universities,this paper analyses the new opportunities and challenges faced by office work in colleges and universities under the new situation.Combined with the practice of Tsinghua University,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the path of how to strengthen cultural self-confidence,which helps to build the soft power of high-quality connotative development of office work in colleges and universities.
