高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设——以宁波大学力学与工程科学系教师党支部党建为例

Construction of“Double Leaders”Teachers’Party Branch Secretary Studio in Colleges and Universities:Taking the Party Building of Teachers’Party Branch in the Department of Mechanics and Engineering Science of Ningbo University as an Example

党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础,作为高校基层党组织,党支部业务工作与党建工作相互融合、互相促进,是构建新时代高校基层党支部的一种新的工作模式,能够更积极发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。从高校基层党组织的历史使命出发,阐述了高校基层党组织在高校中发挥的重要作用,探讨了高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记培育工程的重大责任,以宁波大学机械工程与力学学院力学与工程科学系“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设为例,围绕力学一流专业建设和人才培养,总结概述了创建以后的工作方法和成效。

The Party’s grass-roots organizations are the basis for ensuring the implementation of the Party’s guideline,principles,policies and decision-making arrangements.In the grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities,the professional work of the Party branch and the work of Party building are integrated and mutually promoted,which is a new work mode for building the grass-roots Party branch in colleges and universities in the new era,and can give full play to the role of the fighting fortress of the Party organization and the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members.Starting from the historical mission of grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the important role played by grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities,and probes into the great responsibility of cultivating Party branch secretaries of“double leaders”teachers in colleges and universities.Taking the construction of“double leaders”teachers’Party branch secretary studio in the Department of Mechanics and Engineering Science of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics of Ningbo University as an example,this paper summarizes the working methods and results after the establishment of the studio,focusing on the first-class mechanical major construction and talent training.
