基于OBE理念新疆应用型纺织人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Applied Textile Talents in Xinjiang Based on OBE Concept

新疆是我国棉花主产区,要想高质量发展纺织产业,将现有规模优势转化为产业技术优势,急需培养适应现代企业发展的高素质应用型纺织类人才。通过对基于OBE理念纺织应用型人才培养注重“反向设计”与培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系的有效融合的分析,探讨了将OBE理念贯穿于人才培养的整个过程,注重学习效果考核,从而落实高素质应用型人才的培养目标。

Xinjiang is the main cotton producing area in China.In order to develop high-quality textile industry and transform the scale advantage into industrial and technological advantage,it is urgent to train high-quality applied textile talents suitable for the development of modern enterprises.Based on the OBE concept,the training of applied textile talents should focus on the effective integration of the“reverse design”of training objectives,the graduation requirements and the curriculum system.We should implement the OBE concept in the whole process of talent training and pay attention to the assessment of learning effect,so as to implement the goal of training high-quality applied talents.
