民族地区中小学教师职业心理复合模型的建构

Construction of the Compound Model of Professional Psychology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Ethnic Areas

摘要 通过分析教师职业心理包括个体心理层次、微观心理层次和宏观心理层次,因循这三种层次,并根植于工作适应理论、胜任特征理论、职业发展理论和班杜拉的职业自我效能感理论,建构了民族地区中小学教师的职业心理的复合模型,认为该模型涵盖五大模块:职业心理泵力模块、职业心理素质模块、心境环境互动模块、职业发展心理模块和职业情怀模块,并详细剖析了这五大模块的实质及关联。 Teachers’professional psychology includes individual psychological level,micro psychological level and macro psychological level.According to these three levels,and based on the work adaptation theory,competency theory,career development theory and Bandura’s theory of professional self-efficacy,this study constructs the compound model of teachers’professional psychology for primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas.This model covers five modules:professional psychological pumping module,professional psychological quality module,mental environment interaction module,career development psychological module and professional feelings module.This paper analyzes the essence and correlation of these five modules in detail.
