基于“以学生为中心”的课堂教学诊改与实践——以空中乘务专业为例

Classroom Teaching Problem-diagnosis,Reform and Practice Based on Student-centered Teaching:Taking the Air Crew Major as an Example

空中乘务专业是随着我国民航运输产业的发展而建立的一个新型学科,是毕业后从事民航乘务员岗位工作学生必修的主干课程。目前,空中乘务专业仍处于蓬勃发展时期,为了向航空运输业输送人才,空中乘务专业也要不断地更新培养人才的方式。通过对空中乘务专业的课程教学现状进行分析与思考,探讨了课堂教学诊改与实践设计,并提出了一些反思与建议。

Air crew major is a new discipline established with the development of civil aviation transportation industry in China.Students who want to work as civil aviation flight attendants need to master air crew professional knowledge.At present,air crew major is still in a period of vigorous development.In order to train talents for the air transport industry,the air crew major needs to constantly update the way of training talents.This paper analyzes the present situation of the course teaching of air crew major,discusses the problem-diagnosis,reform and practice design of air crew major,and puts forward some reflections and suggestions.
