大学思想政治教学中大学生核心价值观的培养策略分析

Analysis on the Cultivation Strategy of College Students’Core Values in Ideological and Political Teaching

大学是培养学生核心价值观的主要场所。大学生群体经历了十余年的系统教育之后,其心智发育相对较为完善,并已经形成了价值观的雏形,而适当的核心价值观教育可以对大学生起到指导的作用,确保学生的价值观能够向着正确的方向发展。核心价值观的培养需要依托思想政治教育这一特殊载体,结合课程安排和校园生活现状,采取针对性的培养策略。而从实际情况来看,大学在培养学生核心价值观的过程中,依然存在着部分不良因素,导致实际培养效果无法达到预期。从大学思想政治教学的现状出发,简要介绍了大学生核心价值观的基本内涵,并着重分析了培养核心价值观的主要影响因素和培养策略。

Colleges and Universities are the main places to cultivate students’core values.After more than ten years of systematic education,college students’mental development is relatively mature,and the embryonic form of values has already been formed.Appropriate core values education can guide college students and ensure that students’values develop in the right direction.The cultivation of core values needs to rely on the special carrier of ideological and political education,combine the curriculum arrangement and the current situation of campus life,and adopt targeted cultivation strategies.From the actual situation,there are still some unfavorable factors in the process of cultivating students’core values,which leads to the fact that the actual cultivation effect can not meet the expectation.Starting from the current situation of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities,this paper briefly introduces the basic connotation of college students’core values,and analyzes the main influencing factors and the cultivation strategy of college students’core values.
