Research on the Integration of the“Craftsman Spirit”Cultivation and the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着教育改革的深入发展,高职思想政治教育面临着新的要求和形势,将工匠精神培养融合到高职思想政治教育中既是党和国家对高职教育的客观要求,也是提升高职思想政治教育水平的有效途径,对于培养高素质的合格人才来说具有重要作用。具体阐述了工匠精神培养与高职思想政治教育相融合的重要意义,分析了二者相融合的可行性,探讨了工匠精神培养与高职思想政治教育融合的有效策略。

With the in-depth development of education reform,the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is facing new requirements and new situation.Integrating the“craftsman spirit”cultivation into the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges is not only the objective requirement of the Party and the state for higher vocational colleges,but also an effective way to improve the level of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,which plays an important role in cultivating high-quality qualified talents.This paper expounds the significance of the integration of the“craftsman spirit”cultivation and the ideological and political education,analyzes the feasibility of the integration of the two,and discusses the effective strategy for the integration of the“craftsman spirit”cultivation and the ideological and political education.
