激光加工参数对频率选择表面质量影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对大幅面频率选择表面(frequency selective surface,FSS)加工效率低、质量不统一的问题,采用自主研制的功能表面激光加工平台,选取不同的工艺参数,进行了铝质FSS的单因素加工实验.通过显微镜观察FSS单元加工质量,并使用去除率和畸变率进行量化表征,探讨峰值功率、填充密度、延时参数与镀铝涂层加工质量之间的关系.实验结果表明,通过对加工参数的优化,可实现铝制FSS的高质量加工,可为其他同类研究和实际应用提供参考. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and uneven quality of large-format frequency selective surface(FSS)processing,a self-developed functional surface laser machining platform is adopted and different parameters are selected to carry out the single-factor processing experiments of aluminum frequency selective surface.The processing quality of the FSS unit is observed through microscope;the removal rate and distortion rate are used for quantitative characterization.Finally,the paper discusses the relationship between peak power,filling density,delay time and the processing quality of aluminized coating.The experimental results show that through the optimization of machining parameters,high quality machining of aluminum frequency selective surface can be achieved,which can provide reference for other similar researches and practical application.
