Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law Is the New Development and New Leap Forward of the Sinicization of Marxist Theory of the Rule of Law

习近平法治思想是在全面依法治国的伟大实践中创立的,是马克思主义法治理论中国化的新发展新飞跃。本文坚持政理、法理和学理相结合,从四个方面对这一命题进行了阐释,即习近平法治思想是内涵丰富、系统完备的科学理论体系;习近平法治思想是马克思主义法治理论中国化的最新成果;习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分;习近平法治思想是全面依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南。

Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is founded in the great practice of comprehensive law-based governance,and it is the new development and leap in the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law.This paper adheres to the combination of political,legal and academic theories,and explains this proposition from four aspects.Namely,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a scientific theoretical system with rich connotation and complete system;Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law;Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental adherence and action guide of comprehensive law-based governance.
