基于感性工学与AHP方法的家用拖地机设计 被引量:12

摘要 针对家用拖地机的现状以及对使用人群的感性考虑,提出基于感性工学和层次分析法的家用拖地机造型设计。通过问卷调法确定拖地机的感性词汇及设计要素,运用层次分析法将设计要素分为若干待评价的指标并对其进行打分,整理打分数据并计算出每个指标的权重值。在感性工学的基础上,通过专家访谈等获取感性词汇。建立7级语意差异量表,指导家用拖地机造型设计。得到一款符合消费群体满意的家用拖地机。以数据权重分析与用户调研结果为指导,以家庭用户的需求为基础,实现家用拖地机外观造型设计。感性工学能够得到用户的主观需求,层次分析法将数据进行量化表达。两者的结合使用使家用拖地机造型在系统的设计过程中,能够最大限度地满足用户的情感需求。 In view of the existing problems in the design of household mopping machines and the need to consider the perceptual needs of the users,the model design of household mopping machines based on perceptual engineering and analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Determine the perceptual vocabulary and design element characteristics of the mopping machine through questionnaire surveys,news and newspapers,etc.,use the analytic hierarchy process to divide the product design elements into a number of indicators to be evaluated and evaluate them,sort out the scoring data and calculate each The weight value of each indicator.On the basis of perceptual engineering,perceptual vocabulary and design elements are acquired through expert interviews.Establish a 7-level semantic difference scale to guide the design of household mopping machines.results A conclusion of a household mopping machine that meets the satisfaction of consumer groups was obtained.Guided by data weight analysis and user survey results,and based on the needs of home users,the appearance design of the household mopping machine was realized.conclusion Kansei engineering can obtain the subjective needs of users,and the analytic hierarchy process can quantify the data.The combined use of the two enables the modelling of the household mopping machine to meet the emotional needs of users to the greatest extent during the system design process.
