摘要
针对用户对运动健身APP更加专业和丰富的需求进行调研,使用Kano模型将用户需求属性进行分类,根据用户满意度系数选择设计运动健身APP的功能。通过桌面调研和用户访谈获得用户需求,根据Kano模型分类对照表归类需求属性,再使用Better-Worse系数分析确定用户满意度敏感程度。选择提升用户满意度较高的需求进行功能设计实践,以提升用户使用体验。运用Kano模型分析运动健身APP不同需求优先级,为运动健身APP功能设计提供方向,给相关研究提供参考。
More and more users have richer and more professional needs for sports and fitness apps,but the current market sports and fitness apps can not well meet the needs of users.In this paper,the Kano model is used to classify the demand attributes of users'sports and fitness APP,calculate the influencing user satisfaction coefficient,and select the demand for functional design according to the user demand attributes and user satisfaction coefficient.The user needs were obtained through desktop research and user interviews,and the demand attributes were classified according to the classification table of Kano model.Then,the sensitivity of user satisfaction was determined by using the Better Worse coefficient analysis.Select the requirements with high user satisfaction to carry out functional design practice,so as to improve user experience.Kano model is used to analyze the demand of sports and fitness APP,so as to provide direction for the functional design of sports and fitness APP and provide reference for related research.
