基于新冠疫情背景下的社区APP 设计研究

RESEARCH ON COMMUNITY APP DESIGN BASED ON BACKGROUND OF THE COVID-19

研究疫情背景下的社区管理模式,对社区APP进行服务创新设计。由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发,人们的生活方式受到影响,为了减少人与人之间的接触,居家隔离成为主要的社会模式,因此对社区物业管理具备很大的挑战。本文从服务设计的角度出发,提出构建“安全社区APP”设计策略和实践。运用用户体验地图工具,挖掘当前疫情下社区服务的现存问题,设计社区管理的辅助产品,通过“安全社区APP”的应用帮助社区更好地开展疫情期间的管理服务,助力社会安全建设。

Study the community management model in the context of the epidemic,and carry out service innovation design for community APPs.Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19,people's lifestyles have been affected.In order to reduce contact between people,home isolation has become the main social model,which poses great challenges to community property management.From the perspective of service design,this article proposes a design strategy and practice for building a"safe community APP".Use the user experience map tool to explore the existing problems of community services under the current epidemic,design auxiliary products for community management,and help the community better carry out management services during the epidemic through the APPlication of the"safe community APP"to help the construction of social security.
