创业型人才培养“半理半实”学习体验的探索与实践

摘要 基于理论和实践结合方式的视角,从创业课程设计、理论课和实训课的交叉融合、创业项目的实践和评价、创业人才的个性化需求满足等方面进行探索和实践,提出“上午课堂理论学习,下午基地项目实践”的“半理半实”学习体验模式,有效地解决了理论和实践的割裂问题,有助于学生创新创业能力的培养。 From the perspective of the combination of theory and practice,exploration and practice are conducted from the design of entrepreneurship curriculum,the cross integration of theoretical and practical courses,the practice and evaluation of entrepreneurship projects,and the satisfaction of personalized needs of entrepreneurial talents.A half-theory and half-practice learning experience mode is put forward,that is,theoretical learning in the morning in the classroom and project practice in the afternoon in the base,which effectively solves the problem of the separation of theory and practice,and helps to cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
