摘要
“乡村振兴战略”规划实施以来,我国乡村教育中仍存在着教师流失严重的问题。导致乡村教师流失是由外部原因和内部原因引起。外部原因主要是在编和非编教师收入差距的不公平和乡村教师职称评定困难;内部原因主要是非本土教师的距离感和乡村教师压力过大。据此,提出了增加代课教师转正几率,有效融合职称评定和教师荣誉制度,扩大本土生源特岗教师的选拔和优选长期任教乡村的教师的对策,以期能解决乡村教师的流失问题。
Since the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,there still exists a big problem of rural education in our country,that is,the serious outflow of teachers.The external causes include the unfair income gap between registered teachers and non-registered teachers and the difficulty in evaluation of professional titles of rural teachers.The internal reasons are the sense of distance of non-native teachers and the psychological pressure of rural teachers.In order to deal with the problem of the outflow of rural teachers,countermeasures are put forward including increasing the probability of substitute teachers becoming regular teachers,effectively integrating the evaluation system of professional titles and the honor system of teachers,expanding the selection of local students for special posts,and selecting teachers who can teach in rural areas for a long time.
