中小学教师核心素养构成要素及其发展路径 被引量:1

摘要 发展中小学教师核心素养是接轨国际教师教育改革和应对“互联网+教育”挑战的现实需求。从知识、能力及情感三个维度提炼出核心素养构成要素,即复合型知识结构与教育教学知识,课程能力、领导力与自我发展能力,教育责任感、心理品质与工匠精神。在实施核心素养发展路径中,要以科学的学习观为指引,组建教师发展联盟,通过教师自主发展和创新培训模式与营造教育生态来实现。 The development of primary and secondary school teachers'core literacy is the realistic demand for integrating with the international teacher education reform,responding to the challenge of Internet+education.From the three dimensions of knowledge,ability,and emotion,the components of core literacy are extracted,namely compound knowledge structure and educational and teaching knowledge,curriculum ability,leadership,and self-development ability,educational responsibility,psychological quality and craftsmanship spirit.The implementation of the development path of core literacy should be under the guidance of the scientific view of learning,and focused on the establishment of teacher development alliance,teachers’self-development,the innovation of training mode,and the creation of educational ecology.
