美国体育教育专业的发展历程与建设经验研究

Research on the Development Process and Construction Experience of American Physical Education Major

加强体育教师队伍建设,提高未来体育教师的整体素养,是我国体育教育专业发展面临的重要问题。本着“它山之石,可以攻玉”的基本思路,运用文献资料法、历史研究法、逻辑分析法等,对美国体育教育专业的发展历程和建设经验进行了深入的分析与阐释。研究认为:美国体育教育专业的发展始终处于调整和变化当中,它以主动适应社会变化和快速迎合社会需求的姿态出现在了不同的历史时期;美国职前体育教师专业标准权威性高、专业性强,是推动体育教育专业科学、规范发展的原动力;美国体育教育专业的人才培养理念以社会需求为导向,以完人教育为目标,以创新精神为落脚点;美国体育教育专业的课程设置起源于医学,在经历了专业化发展之后,最终形成了注重通识性、教育性和全纳性的特点。美国体育教育专业的发展历程和建设经验为我国加强新时期体育教育专业建设、创新人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量提供了借鉴。

To strengthen the construction of PE teachers and improve the overall quality of PE teachers in the future is an important issue for the development of PE major in China.Based on the basic idea that“stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade”,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and interpretation of the development process and construction experience of American physical education major by using the methods of literature review,historical research and logical analysis.The results show that:the development of physical education in the United States is always in the process of adjustment and change,and it appears in different historical periods with the attitude of actively adapting to social changes and rapidly catering to the social needs;the professional standards of pre service physical education teachers in the United States are highly authoritative and professional,which is the driving force to promote the scientific and standardized development of physical education;the professional personnel of physical education in the United States.The concept of talent cultivation is guided by social needs,the goal of perfect education,and the foothold of innovation spirit.The curriculum of physical education in the United States originated from medicine.After professional development,it finally forms the characteristics of paying attention to general education,education and inclusion.The development process and construction experience of American physical education specialty is of great significance to strengthen the construction of physical education specialty in China in the new period,innovate the talent training mode and improve the quality of talent training.
