漂浮法与膜过滤法测定白砂糖中螨的比对研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过采用漂浮法与膜过滤法测定白砂糖中的螨,分析影响螨检出率的因素。方法:添加实验室饲养的一定数量的螨至白砂糖中混匀后,采用漂浮法和过滤法分别对白砂糖中的螨进行检测,并进一步探索水温和滤膜颜色对过滤法的螨检出率的影响。结果:采用过滤法的螨检出率显著高于漂浮法(P<0.05),且水的温度越高,过滤法的螨检出率越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2种方法均能检出白砂糖中的螨,过滤法的螨检出率更高;过滤法中水的温度越高,螨检出率越高。 Objective:To analyse the effect of mites on detection rate by taking two methods to determine mites in white granulated sugar.Methods:Taking floating method and filtration method to determine mites in white granulated sugar which were added a certain number of mites raised in the laboratory.The effects of water temperature and filter membrane on the detection rate of mites were explored.Results:The detection rate of mites by taking filtration method was significantly higher than that by floating method(P<0.05).The higher temperature of water,the detection rate of mites was higher by taking filtration method.The difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both methods could detect out mites in white granulated sugar,and the filtration method had a higher detection rate.The detection rate of mites increased as the temperature of water increased.
