某三旧改造地块环境污染状况初步调查研究

Preliminary investigation and research on environmental pollution status of a three old reconstruction plot

珠三角地区某三旧改造地块已停产拆除,地块的未来利用规划属于一类用地。为了保障地块未来再开发利用的环境安全,对该地块开展了土壤和地下水污染状况调查研究。第一阶段的调查结果显示,地块存在工业生产活动,需进行第二阶段现场采样分析。采用判断布点和网格布点相结合的原则,在地块内共布设了33个土壤监测点位、11个地下水监测点位和1个对照监测点位。

A certain three-old reconstruction plot in the Pearl River Delta has been dismantled and demolished.The future use plan of the plot belongs to the first class of land.In order to ensure the environmental safety of future redevelopment and utilization of the plot,a survey and research on the soil and groundwater pollution status of the plot was carried out.The survey results of the first phase showed that there were industrial production activities on the plot,and the second phase of on-site sampling and analysis was required.Adopting the principle of combining judgment points and grid points,a total of 33 soil monitoring points,11 groundwater monitoring points and 1 control monitoring point were set up in the plot.
