废玻璃粉取代部分胶凝材料的混凝土基本性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用粒径尺寸为25μm-37μm的废玻璃粉等质量取代水泥胶砂和混凝土中的胶凝材料,通过正交实验,研究不同水灰比、不同废玻璃粉掺和量对水泥胶砂和混凝土和易性的影响及对水泥胶砂抗压、抗折强度和混凝土抗压强度的影响及废玻璃粉混凝土抗压强度随龄期的变化规律。结果表明:随着废玻璃粉掺量的不断增加,在一定范围内,对废玻璃水泥砂浆和废玻璃粉混凝土流动性影响不大,不易产生分层离析现象,粘聚性和保水性较为稳定;废玻璃粉掺和量在30%以内均符合M7.5的水泥胶砂抗压和抗折强度要求。 waste glass powder with particle size of 25μm-37μm was used to replace the cementitious materials in cement mortar and concrete.Through orthogonal experiment,the influence of different water cement ratio and different amount of waste glass powder on the workability of cement mortar and concrete,the influence on the compressive strength,flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar and concrete,and the change of compressive strength of waste glass powder concrete with age were studied The law of the change of water quality.The results show that:with the increasing amount of waste glass powder,in a certain range,the fluidity of waste glass cement mortar and waste glass powder concrete has little influence,the phenomenon of delamination and segregation is not easy to occur,and the cohesion and water retention are relatively stable;when the amount of waste glass powder is less than 30%,it meets the requirements of compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar.
