自全面完成排污许可证核发工作后,2021年起全国固定污染源排污许可证基本全面覆盖,执行情况与监管工作将成为排污许可制度改革的重中之重。通过对当前排污许可证证后执行与监管情况分析来看,需要在诸多方面加大工作力度。基于此,本文就排污许可证监督管理进行探究。

Since the issuance of pollutant discharge permits has been fully completed,the national fixed pollution source pollutant discharge permits will be basically covered in 2021,and the implementation and supervision will become the top priority of the reform of the pollutant permit system.From the analysis of the current implementation and supervision of pollution permits,it is necessary to increase efforts in many aspects.Based on this,this article explores the supervision and management of pollutant discharge permits.
