深圳市东部地区2009—2018年自愿无偿献血人群分布趋势

The Trend of Distribution of Voluntary Unpaid Blood Donors in the Eastern Part of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2018

目的分析深圳市东部地区2009—2018年自愿无偿献血人群年龄分布、各年龄组献血人次、性别结构和献血频率及其变化趋势,为制定无偿献血者招募策略提供依据。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2018年12月深圳市东部地区自愿无偿献血人群年龄分布、性别结构、各年龄组(按年龄段分为5组:18~岁、26~岁、36~岁、46~岁和56~岁组)献血人次和献血频率。结果深圳市东部地区2009—2018年自愿无偿献血者119510人,其中男性献血总人数为86366例,高于女性献血总人数33144例(P<0.01)。18~岁(n=38140)、26~岁(n=40590)、36~岁(n=31580)、46~岁(n=9000)和56~岁组(n=200)的男性献血人次均高于女性(P均<0.01)。18~岁组献血人群比例呈下降趋势,26~岁、36~岁组献血人群保持稳定,46~岁、56~岁组献血人群呈上升趋势(P均<0.01)。固定献血者比例呈上升趋势,重复献血者比例保持稳定(P<0.01)。结论深圳市东部地区无偿献血人群年龄在不断发生变化,体现向高龄化发展趋势;各年龄段男性献血者比例均高于女性献血者;应根据本地区无偿献血人群分布变化趋势及时调整献血者招募策略。

Objective To analyze the age distribution,donation times,gender structure,blood donation frequency and the change trend of voluntary unpaid blood donors in the eastern part of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2018,so as to provide a basis for recruiting unpaid blood donors.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the age distribution(which were divided into 5 groups by age:18~years old,26-years old,36-years old,46-years old and 56-years old),gender structure,donation times and frequency of voluntary unpaid blood donors in the eastern part of Shenzhen from January 2009 to December 2018.Results From 2009 to 2018,there were 119510 voluntary unpaid blood donors in the eastern part of Shenzhen,among which the total number of male blood donors was 86366,which was significantly higher than that of females 33144(P<0.01).The number of male blood donors aged 18-years(n=38140),26-years(n=40590),36-years(n=31580),46-years(n=9000)and 56-years(n=200)was significantly higher than that of females(P all<0.01).The proportion of people aged 18-years who donated blood showed a decreasing trend,while those aged 26-years and 36-years remained stable,and those aged 46-years and 56-years showed an increasing trend(P all<0.01).The proportion of fixed blood donors increased and the proportion of repeat blood donors remained stable(P<0.01).Conclusion The age of voluntary unpaid blood donors was changed gradually in the eastern part of Shenzhen,which reflected the trend of aged development.The total number of male blood donors was significantly higher than that of female blood donors.The recruitment strategy of blood donors should be adjusted in time according to the changing trend of the distribution of unpaid blood donors in this region.
