摘要
卵巢早衰是由多种原因导致卵巢功能衰退的一种疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,临床治疗难度较大,且发病率逐年升高,建立理想的动物实验模型对其进行研究则显得非常重要,目前应用广泛的造模方法有化学药物造模法、自身免疫性造模法、代谢性造模法、过度瘦身造模法等。文章通过查阅大量文献将各种造模方法作以综述,以期为卵巢早衰的基础研究提供一些研究思路。
Premature ovarian failure is a disease of ovarian function decline caused by many reasons.The pathogenesis is not clear,clinical treatment is difficult,and the incidence is increasing year by year.It is very important to establish an ideal animal experimental model for its research.The widely used modeling methods include chemical drug modeling,autoimmune modeling,metabolic modeling,and overweight modeling.In this paper,various modeling methods are reviewed by reviewing a large number of literatures in order to provide some research ideas for basic research on premature ovarian failure.
