摘要
介绍了GEVO16柴油机气缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的原生产工艺及存在的砂眼缺陷,分析了其产生的主要原因,并采取了相应的防止措施:(1)在腰圆孔芯四周做出圆角,防止薄弱砂的存在;(2)在V形芯方窗口部位四周、上层旁板芯相互之间相接触的边缘部位做出防压环,防止砂芯碰伤,并在V形芯、前后端芯等的芯座下方四周做出集砂坑,避免碎砂掉入型腔;(3)改进前端芯芯头,控制下芯前砂芯的表面质量,应用塑料布遮盖型腔,以防有外部碎砂掉入。生产结果显示:生产了600多台气缸体,废品率小于0.3%,取得了较好的效果。
The casting structure and technical requirements of GEVO16 diesel engine cylinder block were introduced,the original production method and existing sand inclusion defect was described in detail,their main forming reasons were analyzed,and corresponding preventive measures were adopted:(1)Round fillet was made around the waist round hole core to prevent the weak sand existing.(2)The anti-squeezing ring was made around the square window of the V-shaped core and the edge of the upper side core in contact with each other to prevent the sand core being bruised,and the sand collecting pits were made around the core seats of the V-shaped core,the front and rear end cores,to avoid the sand falling into the mold cavity.(3)Improved the front core print,control the surface quality of the core before the cores setting,and cover the cavity with plastic sheeting to prevent the external crushed sands falling in.The production results showed:more than 600 cylinder blocks had been produced,and the waste rate was less than 0.3%,quite good result was achieved.
