富氧送风在冷风冲天炉的应用

摘要 介绍了冷风冲天炉富氧的原理及工艺设计,对比了冷风冲天炉富氧前后的经济效益,采用富氧送风工艺后,改变了冷风冲天炉在南方夏秋季节的运行效益。根据生产经验,提出了富氧强化的关键控制点及冲天炉在铸造行业中的存在价值,得出以下结论:(1)富氧送风工艺可以降低冲天炉的能源消耗;(2)不会影响冲天炉熔炼的铁液质量;(3)可以降低冲天炉的废气排放浓度;(4)富氧设备单位的工艺技术已经很成熟,炉前控制操作简单,只要按照规范操作,安全风险是可以预防和控制的。 The oxygen-enriched blast supply principle and process design of cold blast cupola was introduced,the economical effect of cold blast cupola before and after oxygen enriching was compared.After using oxygen-enriched blast,the running benefit of cold blast cupola in south China in summer and autumn seasons was changed.Based on the production experience,the key control points of oxygen-enriched strengthening and the existence value of cupola in foundry industry were put forward,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The oxygen-enriched blast supply could reduce the energy consumption.(2)It did not affect the quality of iron liquid melted in the cupola.(3)It could decrease emissions concentration of the cupola.(4)Process technology of oxygen-enriched blast equipment-producing unit had been matured,the melting control operation was very simple.As long as the operation was in accordance with the norms,safety risks can be prevented and controlled.
