摘要
类胡萝卜素具有较强的抗炎活性,可以有效干预肥胖相关慢性炎症的发生和发展。对肥胖与慢性炎症的关系及类胡萝卜素抗炎作用的相关研究进行综述,为今后的研究增加理论基础。
Carotenoids have strong anti-inflammatory activity and can effectively interfere with the occurrence and development of obesity-related chronic inflammation.Narrated the relationship between obesity and chronic inflammation and the anti-inflammatory effects of carotenoids,so as to provide a theoretical basis for future research.
