摘要
油脂的氧化酸败是困扰油脂企业的重要问题。对植物油的各类储藏技术及研究现状进行综述,可以为储油企业的生产提供指导,对储油新技术的探索提供思路和方法。
Oxidative rancidity of vegetable oil is an important problem in oil-enterprises.All kinds of storage technologies of vegetable oil and the research status quo were sumarized,which could provide guidance for production of oil storage enterprises,and provide ideas and methods for new oil-storage technology.
