稀土元素镧对高温储藏下玉米品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以郑单958玉米为试验材料,研究了高温储藏条件下稀土元素镧对玉米品质的影响,通过添加无菌水或者无菌氯化镧溶液将玉米水分调节至质量分数15%,并使玉米中的氯化镧含量分别为0、100、500、1000和2000μg/kg,然后将玉米置于35℃的恒温培养箱中储藏,在第0、12、37 d测定玉米的生活力、容重、脂肪酸值和色泽气味等品质指标。结果表明,添加500和2000μg/kg氯化镧的玉米生活力的指标值高于不加氯化镧玉米,脂肪酸值低于不加氯化镧的玉米;添加2000μg/kg氯化镧的玉米色泽气味优于不加镧的玉米。添加氯化镧可以改善高温储藏下玉米的品质,为镧应用于玉米储藏提供了研究资料。 Zhengdan 958 corn was used as the experimental material to study the effect of rare earth element lanthanum on corn quality under high temperature storage conditions.Adjust the corn moisture mass fraction to 15%by adding sterile water or sterile lanthanum chloride solution,and make the content of lanthanum chloride in the corn 0,100,500,1000,and 2000μg/kg,and then set the corn store in a constant temperature incubator at 35℃.On the 0,12 and 37 d,the quality indexes such as viability,bulk density,fatty acid value,color and smell of corn were measured.The results showed that the viability index value of corn with 500 and 2000μg/kg lanthanum chloride was higher than that of corn without lanthanum chloride,and the fatty acid value was lower than corn without lanthanum chloride.The color and smell of corn with 2000μg/kg lanthanum chloride were better than that of corn without lanthanum.The addition of lanthanum chloride could improve the quality of corn under high temperature storage,which provided research data for the application of lanthanum to corn storage.
