摘要
花生壳经碱解、脱色和酸化制得微晶纤维素,用丙烯酰胺对其进行接枝改性,制备改性吸附剂并对镉离子进行吸附。考察了不同条件对吸附的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等现代仪器对原料和改性吸附剂进行表征。结果表明:花生壳经改性后原缔合的羟基发生解缔合,半纤维素和木质素也成功被去除。改性吸附剂的结晶度小于原料,表面结构比原料更有序、粗糙和多孔。在温度25℃、时间18 h及pH 6的条件下,改性花生壳吸附剂吸附镉离子的效果最好。
The peanut shell was alkali hydrolyzed,decolorized and acidified to obtain microcrystalline cellulose,which was grafted and modified with acrylamide to prepare a modified adsorbent and uade to adsorb cadmium ions.The effects of different conditions on the adsorption were investigated,and modern instruments such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the raw materials and modified adsorbents.The results showed that after the peanut shell was modified,the originally associated hydroxyl groups were disassociated,and hemicellulose and lignin were also successfully removed.The crystallinity of the modified adsorbent was less than that of the raw material,and the surface structure was more ordered,rough and porous than the raw material.When temperature was 25℃,time was 18 h and pH was 6,the modified peanut shell adsorbent had the best adsorption effect of cadmium ions.
