摘要
大豆异黄酮是存在于豆科植物的一类多酚化合物,因其具有雌激素活性又被称为植物雌激素。大豆异黄酮作为饲料添加剂可以提高猪禽生产性能,提高机体抗氧化能力,改善肠道健康,调控激素分泌,增强机体免疫力。本文介绍了大豆异黄酮的结构和功能,主要阐述了大豆异黄酮在猪禽生产中应用及机制,为其在养殖中的合理利用提供依据。
Soy isoflavone is a class of polyphenol compounds found in legumes,which is also called phy⁃toestrogens because of its weak estrogenic activity.Soybean isoflavone as a feed additive can improve the pro⁃duction performance of pig and poultry,improve antioxidant capacity,improve intestinal health,regulate hor⁃mone secretion,and enhance immunity.This paper introduces the structure and function of soybean isoflavone,mainly expounds the application of soybean isoflavone in pig and poultry production and mechanism underly,in order to provide the basis for its rational utilization in pig and poultry breeding.
