微流控肠道芯片研究进展

摘要 近年来,微流控技术的出现为生物医学研究提供了新的体外试验平台。动物肠道与机体免疫、营养代谢等生理活动密切相关,但目前肠道功能研究受限于单一体外细胞培养技术。微流控肠道芯片的研发拓展了肠道功能研究方法与技术手段,成为当前研究热点和前沿。本文概述了微流控技术和肠道芯片的发展历程与研究进展,阐述了微流控肠道芯片的结构与功能,比较了其较传统体外模型的优势,包括高度仿生性、高效性和精准可重复性等,并通过具体研究实例阐明了微流控肠道芯片在医学及营养学领域的应用,最后展望了微流控肠道芯片在动物营养学研究中的开发应用前景。 In recent years,the emergence of microfluidic technology provides a new in vitro experimental plat⁃form for biomedical research.The animal intestine is closely related to physiological activities such as immunity and nutrition metabolism,however,the current study methods towards intestine are limited by a single cell cul⁃ture technology in vitro.The development and utilization of microfluidic gut⁃on⁃a⁃chip can effectively expand and improve the research methods about intestinal functions,which has been becoming a research hot topic.This review summarizes the recent progress of developing microfluidic technology and gut⁃on⁃a⁃chip,clarifying the physical structure and function of microfluidic gut⁃on⁃a⁃chip,comparing the advantages of gut⁃on⁃a⁃chip to traditional in vitro cell models,including highly bionic,efficiency and repeatability.Then,we illustrate the ap⁃plying progress of microfluidic gut⁃on⁃a⁃chip research in the field of medicine and nutrition through specific case studies,and the potential applicant of microfluidic chip on intestinal development in animal nutrition is dis⁃cussed.
