摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加改性蒙脱石对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫和抗氧化功能及猪肠上皮细胞的影响。试验选取48头体重为(7.42±0.85)kg的24日龄断奶仔猪随机分为2个组,分别为对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)和改性蒙脱石组(饲喂基础饲粮+1.6‰改性蒙脱石),每个组4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。试验期28 d,分别于第1、14和28天对仔猪进行空腹称重并记录采食量。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,改性蒙脱石组仔猪试验第28天体重和第1~28天平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加改性蒙脱石可显著降低仔猪血清丙二醛含量和二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05),还可以显著降低血清炎症因子白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量(P<0.05),但对血清总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶活性以及免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)体外细胞试验发现,改性蒙脱石预处理可同时调节猪肠上皮细胞的促炎和抗炎反应,并显著提高细胞的抗凋亡功能,从而缓解脂多糖导致的肠上皮细胞炎症损伤。综上所述,在本试验条件下,改性蒙脱石可通过提高抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡功能等途径降低仔猪腹泻并促进其生长。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of modified montmorillonite on growth per⁃formance,serum immune and antioxidant function and of porcine intestinal epithelial cells weaned piglets.In the experiment,a total of 48 weaned piglets of 24⁃day⁃old weighing(7.42±0.85)kg were divided into 2 groups as the control group(fed a basal diet)and the modified montmorillonite group(fed the basal diet+1.6‰modified montmorillonite),each group consisted of 4 replicates and 6 pigs(half male and half female)per replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 days,and the piglets were weighed and the feed intake was recorded on day 1,day 14 and day 28.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the body weight at day 28 and the average daily weight gain from 1 to 28 days of piglets in the modified montmorillonite group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary modified montmorillonite significantly reduced the malondialdehyde content,the diamine oxidase activity,as well as the contents of interleukin⁃1,interleukin⁃6 and tumor necrosis factor⁃αin serum of piglets(P<0.05),but exerted no significant effects on the total antioxidant capacity,the catalase activity and the contents of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M in serum of piglets(P>0.05).3)In vitro,the modified montmorillonite pretreatment could regulate both pro⁃inflammatory and anti⁃inflammatory responses of porcine intestinal epithelial cells,and significantly improved the anti⁃apop⁃tosis function,thus alleviated the inflammatory injury of intestinal epithelial cells caused by lipopolysaccharide.It can be concluded that modified montmorillonite can reduce diarrhea and promote growth performance of pig⁃lets by improving antioxidant,anti⁃inflammatory and anti⁃apoptotic functions under these experimental condi⁃tions.
