不同维生素C源对吉富罗非鱼生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫力的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Different Vitamin C Sources on Growth Performance, AntioxidantCapacity and Immunity of Genetically Improved Farmed Tilapia

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲料中添加不同维生素C源对吉富罗非鱼生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫力的影响。将500尾初始平均体重为(21.18±0.24)g的吉富罗非鱼随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复25尾。以基础饲料(不额外添加维生素C)为对照组饲料,3个维生素C添加组分别在基础饲料中添加100 mg/kg(以维生素C计)普通维生素C、维生素C磷酸酯、锌螯合维生素C。试验期为63 d。结果显示:1)锌螯合维生素C组的终末平均体重和增重率最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),维生素C磷酸酯组的终末平均体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);相比对照组和普通维生素C组,锌螯合维生素C组的特定生长率显著升高(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。2)维生素C磷酸酯组和锌螯合维生素C组血清总谷胱甘肽(T⁃GSH)含量显著高于对照组和普通维生素C组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,锌螯合维生素C组血清总抗氧化能力(T⁃AOC)显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,维生素C磷酸酯组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);锌螯合维生素C组血清补体3(C3)和补体4(C4)含量显著低于维生素C磷酸酯组(P<0.05);对照组血清溶菌酶(LSZ)活性显著低于各试验组(P<0.05);维生素C磷酸酯组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著高于对照组、普通维生素C组和锌螯合维生素C组(P<0.05)。3)维生素C磷酸酯组肝脏MDA含量显著低于对照组、普通维生素C组和锌螯合维生素C组(P<0.05);锌螯合维生素C组肝脏异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)活性显著高于对照组、普通维生素C组和维生素C磷酸酯组(P<0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,饲料中添加锌螯合维生素C能够提高吉富罗非鱼的生长性能和抗氧化能力,添加维生素C磷酸酯则能够提高吉富罗非鱼的抗氧化能力和免疫力。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different vitamin c sources on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immunity of genetically improved farmed tilapia(GIFT).A total of 500 GIFT with the initial body weight of(21.18±0.24)g was randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates and replicate had 25 fish.A basal diet(non⁃supplemented with vitamin C)was formulated as the diet of control group.In 3 vitamin C addition groups,common vitamin C,vitamin C phosphate and zinc chelated vitamin C with the addition level of 100 mg/kg(calculated by vitamin C)were added in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed as follows:1)the zinc chelated vitamin C group had the highest final average body weight and weight gain rate,which were significantly higher than those of the con⁃trol group(P<0.05),as well as the final average body weight of the vitamin C phosphate group.The specific growth rate of the zinc chelated vitamin C group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed conver⁃sion rate was significantly reduced compared with the control group and common vitamin C group(P<0.05).2)The serum total glutathione(T⁃GSH)content of the vitamin C phosphate group and zinc chelated vitamin C group was significantly higher than that of the control group and common vitamin C group(P<0.05).Com⁃pared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T⁃AOC)of the zinc chelated vitamin C group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of the vitamin C phosphate group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The serum complement 3(C3)and complement 4(C4)contents of the zinc chelated vitamin C group were significantly lower than those of the vitamin C phos⁃phate group(P<0.05).The serum lysozyme(LSZ)activity of the control group was significantly lower than that of the vitamin C addition groups(P<0.05).And the serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity of the vi⁃tamin C phosphate group was significantly higher than that of the control group,common vitamin C group and zinc chelated vitamin C group(P<0.05).3)The liver MDA content of the vitamin C phosphate group was significantly lower than that of the control group,common vitamin C group and zinc chelated vitamin C group(P<0.05).And the liver isocitrate dehydrogenase(ICDH)activity of the zinc chelated vitamin C group was significantly higher than that of the control group,common vitamin C group and vitamin C phosphate group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary added with zinc chelated vitamin C can improve the antioxidant capacity and growth performance of GIFT,and added with vitamin C phosphate can improve the antioxidant capacity and immunity of GIFT。
