超大城市近郊区保留村景观空间改造设计探索——以石湖荡镇东夏村为例

EXPLORATION ON THE LANDSCAPE SPACE RECONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF RESERVED VILLAGES IN SUBURBS:TAKING DONGXIA VILLAGE,SHIHUDANG TOWN AS AN EXAMPLE

通过对上海市东夏村进行实地调研及相关资料收集,分析超大城市近郊区保留型乡村的发展现状及核心问题。结合设计原则,完成改造设计实践,探索此类型乡村的改造策略和发展方式。立足东夏村的特殊性,全面挖掘乡村特色,转换村民身份,实现村庄文化、产业、生态等多方面的全面升级。采用实地调查和访问方法对东夏村进行现状分析,运用相关案列研究法对东夏村进行设计策略研究。通过完成东夏村的规划策划与创新设计探讨东夏村发展的独特性,探索超大城市近郊区保留村独特的发展方式,提升村庄风貌、产业文化发展和村庄地域特色,引导村庄走特色化、差异化的道路。本文的探讨希望为超大城市近郊区保留型村庄空间的转型重构与未来长远发展提供参考,促进农村增收及土地流转利用,为乡村振兴助力。

Through field investigation and related data collection in Dongxia Village,Shanghai,the development status and core issues of the reserved villages in the suburbs of the mega city are analyzed. Combining the design principles,complete the transformation design practice,and explore the transformation strategies and development methods of this type of village. Based on the particularity of Dongxia Village,comprehensively explore the characteristics of the village,realize industrial upgrading,transform the identity of villagers,and realize the comprehensive upgrade of the village’s culture,industry,ecology and other aspects.Use field investigation and interview methods to analyze the status quo of Dongxia Village,and use relevant case study methods to study the design strategy of Dongxia Village.By completing the planning and innovative design of Dongxia Village,explore the unique development of Dongxia Village,explore the unique development method of retaining villages in the suburbs of mega cities,improve the village style,industrial cultural development and village regional characteristics,and guide the village to become distinctive The road to differentiation.The discussion in this article hopes to provide a reference for the transformation and reconstruction of the reserved village space in the suburbs of the megacities and the long-term development in the future,to promote the increase in rural income and land transfer and use,and to assist in rural revitalization.
