基于新零售背景下的迪卡侬体验设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 探索迪卡侬在新零售背景下的体验设计手段。以体验设计的主要特征为基础,通过实地调研考察,利用数据采集对比等方式,分析迪卡侬主要的设计手段,归纳出其设计原则。总结出迪卡侬商品信息可视化、运动体验塑造、商品信息个性化满足的三大设计原则。为新零售业态下的门店体验设计提供参考。 Investigate and analyze the user experience of the unmanned supermarket in the use process and put forward user-centered improvement suggestions.Taking some unmanned supermarkets in Chengdu area as the research object,through the integration of the collected data,the factor framework is formulated,based on the preliminary research,the research method of the user experience of the unmanned supermarket internal facilities is designed and the usability test is carried out,and the vocabulary of user image perception is proposed.Principal component factor analysis was performed on the combined SPSS software.It puts forward suggestions for improvement of unmanned supermarkets that are more in line with"user-ce ntered"un der the backgrou nd of artificial intelligence era.The research provides a certain reference value for the user experience improvement design of the current unmanned supermarket.The design suggestions are in line with the research content of this article and have good humanistic emotions and human-computer relations.
