摘要
提出了一种改进型Cuk变换器,在保持传统的Cuk变换器具有连续输入和输出电流优点的同时,电压增益为传统Cuk变换器的1/(1-D)倍,再通过磁集成的方式,将变换器中的3个电感进行集成。分析了磁集成改进型Cuk变换器的工作原理,推导出了变换器的电压增益、开关器件的电压应力和电流纹波的表达式,给出了电感耦合度设计准则,使变换器中3个电感电流纹波都有效减小,并给出了三电感耦合的磁件设计方案。通过仿真和实验的方式验证了理论分析的正确性。
An improved Cuk converter is proposed.While maintaining the advantages of continuous input and output currents of the conventional Cuk converter,the voltage gain is 1/(1-D)timers that of the conventional Cuk converter,and then the three inductors in the converter are integrated through magnetic integration.The working principle of the magnetic integrated improved Cuk converter is analyzed.The expressions of the voltage gain of the converter,the voltage stress of the switching device and the current ripple are deduced.The design criteria of the inductive coupling factors are given,so that the current ripple of inductors is effectively reduced,and the design scheme of three-inductive coupled magnetic component is given.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment.
