软脑膜动静脉瘘在临床上较为罕见,是一种不同于颅内动静脉畸形的血管病变,需要积极干预治疗,然而目前我们对该类病变的认识仍有限。该疾病在国内外研究报道中多为个案,综述及大宗病例报道相对较少。作者通过对相关文献进行综述并结合单中心的临床经验进行总结,从发病机制、自然史、血管构筑、临床表现、治疗方式和并发症等各方面进行阐述,以提高对该类疾病的深层认识。

Pial arteriovenous fistulas(PAVF)are clinically rare vascular lesions that require treatment,and completely different from cerebral arteriovenous malformations.However,little is known about the diseases.Most literatures of this lesion are case reports,and there are few reviews and case series.In this review,the authors discussed the PAVF through relevant literatures and sing-center clinical experience in order to improve the deep understanding of pathogenesis,natural history,angioarchitecture,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and complications.
