摘要
硬脑膜动静脉瘘(DAVF)是指脑膜动脉与硬脑膜静脉窦和(或)蛛网膜下腔静脉之间的异常交通。长期以来DAVF依靠DSA来诊断。近年来,多项研究探索采用新的无创影像学手段以提高DAVF诊断的准确性。该文对DAVF影像诊断研究进展进行综述。
Dural arteriovenous fistula(DAVF)refers to the abnormal communication between meningeal artery and dural venous sinus and/or subarachnoid veins.It has been diagnosed based on DSA for a long time.In recent years,non-invasive imaging diagnostic techniques were used in various studies to investigate the accuracy of diagnosing DAVF.The article reviewed research progress of imaging diagnosis of DAVF.
