湖南近代藏书家刘康的藏书、刻书、刻帖活动考略

A Study of Collection,Engraving and Rubbing of Books by Liu Kang,a Modern Book Bibliophile in Hunan Province

刘康,字春禧,湖南宁乡人,清代末年知名藏书家,好收藏历代名人墨迹书本,编纂有《红豆山房法帖》。但由于年代久远及藏书多毁,刘康事迹已久不为人所知。文章通过对刘康藏书、刻帖、刻书活动的发掘、考证及参考湖湘近代名人对其评价,较为详细地介绍了刘康的藏书其事。从目前的资料来看,刘氏广于收藏,勤于校勘,其收藏曾获近代省内外达宦名流赞许,故研究刘康对完善湖南近代私人藏书史和保存传播文献古籍有着重要而积极的作用。

Liu Kang,styled Chunxi,was born in Ningxiang City,Hunan Province in the late Qing Dynasty,he was a famous bibliophile who was fond of collecting the ink-blots of celebrities in the past dynasties.However,because of the age and the destruction of many books,Liu Kang’s deeds have long been unknown.This paper introduces Liu Kang’s collection,engraving and rubbing of books in detail through the excavation and textual research of Liu Kang’s collection of books,as well as the evaluation of modern celebrities in Huxiang region.From the present information,Liu Kang was extensive in collection,diligent in collation,his collection had been praised by officials in and out of the province in modern times.Therefore,the study of Liu Kang has an important and positive role in improving the history of private collection in modern times and the preservation of ancient books and documents.
