我国研究生招考制度改革与发展趋势研究——以中国科学技术大学为例

On the Reform and Development Trend of Postgraduate Admission System in China——Taking the University of Science and Technology of China as an Example

梳理我国研究生招生考试制度的历史沿革,分析招考制度改革的政策背景,结合中国科学技术大学四十年研究生招生工作的实践与创新经验,预测我国未来研究生招考制度将呈现招生与考试更深层次的分离,招考形式更加多元化,导师自主权进一步扩大,创新能力与综合素质强的考生将更受亲睐的趋势。

In this paper, the author combs the historical evolution of the postgraduate enrollment examination system in China,and analyzes the policy background of the reform of the enrollment system. Based on the practice and innovative experience of the forty-year graduate enrollment work of the University of Science and Technology of China, it is predicted that the future postgraduate examination system in China will separate enrollment from examination further, the forms of examination will be more diversified, tutor autonomy will expand further, and candidates with strong innovation ability and comprehensive quality will be more favored.
