摘要 为了提高薄煤层综采工作面自动化水平,提高以往薄煤层采煤的劳动生产效率,降低生产一线工人的劳动强度,需要设计一套适合薄煤层开采的生产设备与等高式采煤工艺,结合液压支架自动跟机功能,采煤机记忆截煤功能,工作面定位测距等。此工艺以实现工作面无人操作自动采煤,远程一键开停设备和远程视频监控为自动化设计目标,以常态化运行为使用目标。此系统的应用实践表明,可以实现提高生产安全系数,减少一线工人数量,降低一线生产工人的劳动强度的目的。 In order to improve the automation level of fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seam,improve the labor production efficiency of previous thin coal seam mining,and reduce the labor intensity of front-line workers,it is necessary to design a set of production equipment and equal height mining technology suitable for thin coal seam mining,combined with automatic follow-up function of hydraulic support,memory cutting function of shearer,positioning and ranging of working face,etc..This technology aims to realize automatic coal mining without human operation,remote one button start and stop equipment and remote video monitoring,and uses the goal of normal operation behavior.The application of this system shows that it can improve the production safety factor,reduce the number of front-line workers,and reduce the labor intensity of front-line production workers.
