摘要 为探究煤矿采空区煤自燃早期气体释放规律,预防采空区火灾,采用实验室模拟采空区不同氧浓度下煤氧化升温过程。实验设计煤样在17%、14%、12%、8%氧浓度气流下进行程序升温。研究结果表明:在220℃温度以下,煤体释放CO、CH_(4)和CO_(2)气体量与煤温成正相关,在12%氧浓度与14%氧浓度间煤的自燃能力被明显抑制;采用CO_(2)/CO比值与煤体温度关系进行指数函数式拟合采空区煤自燃早期较为准确。 In order to explore the early gas release law of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of coal mines and prevent fires in the goaf,a laboratory is used to simulate the temperature rise process of coal oxidation under different oxygen concentrations in the goaf.The coal samples were subjected to temperature-programming experiments under the airflow of 17%,14%,12%and 8%oxygen concentration.The research results show that:below 220℃,the amount of CO,CH_(4) and CO_(2) released from coal is positively correlated with coal temperature,the spontaneous combustion ability of coal is significantly suppressed between 12%and 14%;it is more accurate to use the relationship between CO_(2)/CO ratio and coal body temperature to fit the early stage of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf with exponential function.
