综采工作面端头顶板大面积悬顶致灾机理与控制方法 被引量:6

摘要 通过现场实践和理论分析揭示了综采工作面端头大面积悬顶致灾机理。提出了端头顶板矿山压力监测与预报;提高端头支架支护质量;端头大面积悬顶和退锚技术风险预控管理3条安全技术措施。经过在现场对综采工作面端头顶板的监测和预报,端头直接顶和老顶破断呈弧三角悬顶结构,顶板大面积垮落形成高压飓风,端头支架工作阻力较小,提出了提高端头支架支护质量的方法,对综采工作面端头大面积悬顶和退锚技术的主要危险源进行了辨识。 Based on the field practice and theoretical analysis,reveals the mechanism of long wall working face end.The end head roof mine pressure monitoring and prediction;improve the end supporting quality and end a large area of hanging roof and back anchor technology risk pre control management three safety technical measures.After in the field of long wall working face end head plate monitoring and forecasting,end of immediate roof and main roof breaking is arc triangle cantilever roof structure,roof collapse over large area colony forming high-pressure hurricane,end head support working resistance is small,improve end support support support quality method is proposed,the long wall working face end of large area of hanging roof and back anchor technology of major hazard identification.
