摘要
主要涉及露天开采可移置带式输送机电气系统。为保证在-25°保证带式输送机沿线保护装置正常使用,采用Dupline总线技术,保证带式输送机运行保护信号可靠通信和动作;为保证供配电设备的可靠运行,同时移动方便,采用橇式结构;同时对可移置带式输送机供配电和控制电缆选型和接头设计、研究移动照明,设计一套针对低温环境下移置式带式输送机可靠的电气控制系统解决方案,保证移置式带式输送机在低温环境下能正常运转,同时移动方便。
Mainly concerned with the electrical system of portable belt conveyors for surface mining.In order to ensure the normal use of the protection device along the line of the belt conveyor at-25 degrees,Dupline bus technology is used to ensure the reliable communication and action of the protection signal of the belt conveyor operation;to ensure the reliable operation of the power supply and distribution equipment,and to facilitate the movement,a skid structure is adopted;At the same time,the design and selection of power supply and distribution and control cables for removable belt conveyors,design of joints,research on mobile lighting,and design of a reliable electrical control system solution for mobile belt conveyors at low temperatures to ensure that it can operate normally in low temperature environment and is convenient to move.
