摘要
介绍了青龙寺煤矿选煤厂现状,计划将青龙寺煤矿选煤厂规模由5.0 Mt/a扩能至8.0 Mt/a,需对分选的上下限进行调整。通过对煤质资料进行分析,提出了2种扩能改造方案,并进行了对比分析,结合现场实际,近期推荐选择方案2,该扩能改造方案能够更好地适应煤质波动,满足市场发展和变化的要求。扩能技改后原煤入选率约63.62%,净收益为28.28亿元/a,实现了选煤厂提质增效的双重目标。
Introduces the present situation of Qinglongsi coal preparation plant,and plans to expand the scale of Qinglongsi coal preparation plant from 5.0 Mt/a to 8.0 Mt/a,which needs to adjust the upper and lower limits of separation.Based on the analysis of coal quality data,two kinds of capacity expansion and transformation schemes are put forward,and a comparative analysis is made.Combining with the actual situation,the second scheme is recommended in the near future.This scheme can better adapt to the fluctuation of coal quality,and meet the requirements of market development and change.After the capacity expansion the rate of raw coal washery is about 63.62%,and the annual net income is 2828 million Yuan,which realizing the dual goal of improving the quality and efficiency of coal preparation plant.
