摘要
为了提高企业的经营利润,煤炭企业通过成本管理进行生产和销售,分析了成本管理方法的现状,建立了精益生产现场管理模型,探讨了煤炭企业应用精益生产成本控制方法进行成本优化的优势。以神东煤炭为例,剖析了煤炭企业应用精益生产方法降低成本的潜力,并提出了优化精益生产成本的策略,从而促进煤炭企业的可持续发展和产业转型升级,对增强企业的市场竞争力和未来的可持续发展具有重要的影响。
In order to improve the operating profit of enterprises,coal enterprises conduct production and sales through cost management,analyze the status quo of cost management methods,establish a lean production site management model,and explore the advantages of coal enterprises applying lean production cost control methods for cost optimization.Taking Shendong coal as an example,it analyzes the potential of coal enterprises to reduce costs by applying lean production methods,and proposes strategies to optimize lean production costs,so as to promote the sustainable development and industrial transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises,and enhance their market competitiveness and the future sustainable development has an important impact.
