路面纹理对胎-路滚动阻力的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了从路面角度开展胎-路滚动阻力的研究,揭示轮胎和路面之间真实接触状态对车辆行驶时滚动阻力的影响,采用路面纹理测试车获取9个不同类型路面的表面纹理二维离散轮廓,采用R2MK.2滚动阻力测量设备测量了相应路面对应的胎-路滚动阻力。采用Von Meier模型计算路面的胎-路接触包络轮廓,基于初始轮廓和包络轮廓获得路面的纹理参数,即平均断面深度MPD、宏观纹理构造水平指数LMa及粗大纹理构造水平指数LMe。最后分析了纹理参数与滚动阻力系数(Rolling Resistance Coefficient,RRC)的相关性。结果表明:路表纹理平均断面构造深度MPD对滚动阻力影响较大,不同路面类型的滚动阻力系数RRC的变化趋势与路面MPD的变化趋势基本保持一致,即RRC随MPD的增大而增大;波长范围为50~317 mm的路表纹理构造水平对滚动阻力影响较大,且LMa,LMe对滚动阻力均有影响,但LMe影响较LMa大;基于包络轮廓的3个路面纹理参数与RRC的相关性系数较初始轮廓相应纹理参数与RRC相关性系数均有所增加,其中MPD值与RRC的相关性系数提高了51%,LMa与RRC的相关性系数上升了30%,LMe与RRC的相关性系数上升了14.3%;路表纹理对胎-路滚动阻力有重要影响,与路表纹理初始轮廓相比,包络轮廓可以更好、更精确地反映路面纹理、胎-路接触特性对滚动阻力的影响。 To study the tire-road rolling resistance from the perspective of road surface and reveal the influence of the real contact state between tire and road surface on the rolling resistance of driving vehicle,2D discrete profile of surface textures of 9 road types are obtained by road texture test vehicle,and the tire-road rolling resistance of corresponding road is measured by R2MK.2 rolling resistance measuring equipment.The tire-road contact envelope is calculated with Von Meier model.Based on initial profile and enveloped profile,the road surface texture parameters such as mean profile depth(MPD),Macro-texture indices calculated with texture level(LMa),and mega-texture indices calculated with texture level(LMe)are obtained.Finally,the correlation between the texture parameters and rolling resistance coefficient(RRC)are analysed.It is shown that(1)MPD has a great influence on rolling resistance,and the RRC of different road types has the same variation tendency with the MPD,i.e.,the RRC increases with the increase of MPD;(2)in the wavelength range of 50~317 mm,the road surface texture level has a great influence on the rolling resistance,both LMa and LMe have influence on the rolling resistance,but the influence of LMe is greater than that of LMa;(3)the correlation coefficients between the 3 road texture parameters based on enveloped profile and RRC are increased compared with those of the original profile,the correlation coefficient between MPD and RRC is increased by 51%,the correlation coefficient between LMe and LMa is increased by 30%,and the correlation coefficient between LME and RRC is increased by 14.3%;(4)road surface texture has an important influence on tire road rolling resistance,and enveloped profile can better and more accurately reflect the influence of road texture and tire-road contact characteristics on rolling resistance.
