官地水电站表孔闸门偏差报警原因分析与处理

摘要 基于官地水电站表孔闸门在动水启落门过程中出现偏差过大报警的现象,对闸门开度传感器的工作特性、传感器安装位置的测量数据分析,认为是左缸开度传感器与活塞杆之间的安装间隙较小所致。通过在左缸开度传感器与活塞缸基座间加装垫片的处理措施,有效解决了表孔闸门偏差过大报警的问题,经闸门试运行验证效果显著。 During the opening and closing process of the surface sluice gate in Guandi Hydropower Station,alarm of excessive deviation of the gate is found.Based on the analysis of the working characteristics and installation positions of the gate opening sensors,it is found that the fault is caused by the improper small installation clearance between the left cylinder opening sensor and the piston rod.Then,filler pads are added between the sensor and the piston cylinder base,which successfully solves the mis-alarm problem.The treatment performance is also proved by practical operation tests.
