稻秆/稻壳炭育苗基质对辣椒幼苗生长和氮磷钾养分含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探明添加不同水平的两种生物炭对辣椒幼苗生长及养分含量的影响,为生物炭在辣椒育苗过程中的有效利用提供依据,在育苗基质中分别添加质量分数为2%、5%的稻秆炭和稻壳炭。结果表明:育苗基质添加生物炭能够促进辣椒幼苗的生长发育以及对养分的吸收利用。与CK相比,生物炭处理辣椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、SPAD值、根生物量、地上部生物量增幅分别为0.63%~20.63%、4.83%~27.24%、4.24%~12.10%、0.71%~9.91%、7.69%~69.23%、17.05%~36.36%,添加生物炭增加了辣椒幼苗壮苗指数和G值。其中HC5处理辣椒幼苗壮苗指数和G值都最高,分别为0.53、0.028。添加生物炭增加了辣椒幼苗氮、磷、钾含量,HC5处理辣椒幼苗氮、磷含量最高,与CK相比分别增加27.18%、33.33%。因此,生物炭用于基质育苗培育优质椒苗是可行的,其中5%稻壳炭壮苗效果最好,育苗效果最优。 To investigate the effects of two different levels of biochar on the growth and nutrient content of pepper seedlings,and to provide a basis for the effective use of biochar in the process of pepper seedlings,a greenhouse seedling experiment was carried out,adding 2%to the seedling substrate,5%rice straw charcoal and rice husk char.The results showed that the addition of biochar to the seedling substrate could promote the growth and development of pepper seedlings,the absorption and utilization of nutrients were also increased.Compared with CK,the increases of plant height,stem thickness,leaf area,SPADvalue,root biomass,and aboveground biomass of pepper seedlings treated with biochar were 0.63%-20.63%,4.83%-27.24%,4.24%-12.10%,0.71%-9.91%,7.69%-69.23%,17.05%-36.36%,the seedling growth index and G value of pepper were increased by the addition of biochar.Among them,the seedling growth index and G value of pepper seedlings treated with HC5 were the highest,which were 0.53 and 0.028.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents of pepper seedlings were increased by the addition of biochar.The HC5 treated pepper seedlings were found the highest nitrogen and phosphorus contents,which were increased by 27.18%and 33.33%compared with CK,respectively.Therefore,it is suitable to use biochar in substrate seedling cultivation to produce high-quality pepper seedlings,among them,5%rice hull charcoal showed the best seedling strengthening effect and the best seedling raising effect.
