乡村振兴背景下农村人口就近就地城镇化研究——以安徽省农村人口迁移为例

Urbanization of Rural Population in Close Proximity under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Taking the Rural Population Migration of Anhui Province as an Example

我国传统城镇化带来农村社会结构失衡、“大城市病”等社会问题,影响了城乡协调发展。追求城乡一体、生态宜居、和谐发展的新型城镇化推动了乡村生产要素集结发展,推进了乡村振兴和城乡融合发展。新型城镇化中,人口城镇化、农民市民化是核心。农村人口就近就地城镇化,有利于农村一二三产业融合发展,为乡村振兴提供有力支撑。受区位优势等因素的影响,安徽省城镇化发展由外延向内涵提升,人口回流趋势明显。在就近迁移、就地改造两个方面,安徽省形成了大城市扩容、中小城市产城一体化、中心集镇建设三种主要模式。

In China,traditional urbanization has brought about some social problems,such as rural social structure imbalance and“urban diseases”,which affects the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The new urbanization,characterized by rural-urban integration,ecological and pleasant living environment,and harmonious development,has promoted the concentration and development of rural production factors,and boosted the rural revitalization and the urban-rural integrated development.In the new urbanization,population urbanization and citizenization of farmers are the core.The urbanization of rural population should be carried out in close proximity and it will be conducive to the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and provide strong support for rural revitalization.Influenced by regional advantages and other factors,the urbanization of Anhui Province is paying more attention to connotation than extension,and the population reflux is increasingly obvious.In the two aspects of migration and transformation in close proximity,three major modes have formed in Anhui,namely the expansion of large cities,the integration of small and medium cities,and the construction of central towns.
